The services we provide are "INFORMATIONAL ONLY" and nothing more.

By using our information gathering services you agree to the following to 100% hold harmless MySpy.us and/or any of it's affiliates, business owners, partners, or anyone known to or involved with MySpy.us.  The value of any claims from you or anyone receiving services we provide are limited to the value of the purchase only and for no reason will exceed that value.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any or no reason given.

When requesting information you agree in whole that ANY criminal and/or traffic records you receive you are confirming that your use is legal and permitted.

You are expressly PROHIBITED from using Myspy.us for any of the following

•Employment screening when evaluating a person for employment, reassignment, promotion or retention.

•Tenant screening including (but not limited to) leasing a residential or commercial space.

•Credit or insurance to assess the risk of existing credit obligations of an individual OR determining eligibility for issuing credit or insurance.

•Educational qualifications including (but not limited to) a persons qualification for an educational program or scholarship.

•Business transactions initiated by an individual customer to review a personal customer account to determine whether the person continues to meet the terms of such account.

•Any other reason prohibited by the Fair Credit Act (FCRA)

By using and /or viewing this site and requesting information you are Confirm your use is permitted

You acknowledge, agree, understand, and represent that, by clicking anything on our website, that You are affirming that You are NOT using, and under no circumstances will use, any information obtained from MySpy.us in a manner that is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or for any other purpose prohibited by the Federal, State, or Local Law.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Criminal or traffic record information contained in our reports while typically very accurate, may not always be 100% up-to-date, accurate or complete, since data is pulled from records maintained by various state, county, municipal and other government agencies and their contents may not be fully digitized, updated or comprehensive. Not all arrests lead to convictions and some may be sealed, overturned or expunged. Please use our results as no more than a point of departure and certainly no substitute for your own due diligence.

Refunds: If we are able to generate a report for the information you are requesting there are no refunds, we cannot control the information since it is harvested from over 700 sources instantaneously. You are buying our labor and efforts, not the report its self.  We will always do our very best to take incredible care of our clients and common sense will always prevail in our decision making in regards to refunds.  You also agree that if you dispute your charge on your credit card after your report has been delivered that you will promptly upon demand pay a $100 charge-back fee to us in addition to your service fee +$1 per day + Legal Fees should a "Theft of Services" Complaint need to be filed against you after services are provided.     

There are no other agreements or conversations outside of this agreement, or outside of our website, we do this to protect both you and ourselves, all communication to and from you is required to be via email only so that it is properly documented so that we are always compliant in Federal, State, and Local Laws in the services we provide.
